Make them in your air fryer and you have delicious keto dinner in less than 30 minutes. Each serving has only 0.6g net carbs so it’s perfect for a low carb meal!

I can’t tell you how much I love my air fryer. It’s a perfect kitchen appliance for speeding up dinner prep. Today I made these easy keto air fryer pork bites which I made using a 3 ingredient marinade. So I just marinated the meat in the morning and dinner was on the table in about 15 minutes of cooking time!

This family friendly recipe makes 7 keto pork skewers and each one has only 0.6g net carbs! I just made some steamed veggies and we had a healthy and tasty dinner in not time at all. Also this was a pretty inexpensive dinner. I bought the 4 ingredients at Aldi and it made a lot.

Plus there are lots of things you can make with the leftovers if you have them. So if you are looking for an easy keto dinner on business weeknights this easy air fryer pork recipe is the one for you.

Recipe ingredients I used and substitutions.

The 3 simple ingredients I used for the marinade were soy sauce, Italian dressing mix and olive oil. My sister made this salad dressing many years ago and I thought it would work well as a marinade. There is really no need to add more salt and black pepper because the dressing mix and soy sauce both have plenty of salt.

All you do is follow the instructions on a packet of Italian dressing mix but instead of vinegar use soy sauce. Note I only used ½ of the dressing for the marinade so you can use the rest as a salad dressing!

Boneless Country Pork Ribs
And I used boneless country pork ribs. I like these because you can easily cut each one up into 5-6 pieces and this made a lot. You could also use pork loin, boneless pork chops, or even pork tenderloin cuts of pork. But the country ribs are inexpensive and easy to find.

Italian Dressing Mix & Soy Sauce
I bought everything at Aldi but it doesn’t matter what brand dressing mix you buy as long as it’s Italian. For the soy sauce you can use low sodium soy sauce if you want or substitute with coconut aminos if you can’t tolerate soy products.

How to make keto air fryer pork bites.

Step 1: In a medium bowl add the soy sauce, olive oil and Italian dressing seasoning blend. Whisk together and pour half into a large ziplock bag or marinating container. Save the other half of the marinade and use as a salad dressing or marinade.

Step 2: Using a sharp knife cut up pork into bite sized pieces or chunks. I got about 5 pieces per rib. Place into a the ziplock bag or container along with the marinade and mix around to make sure everything is covered.

Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours but it’s better if you do it in the morning and eat at night. You can even marinate it over night.

Step 3: When you are ready to eat spray the air fryer tray or basket with cooking spray. You can either place the pork bites right into the basket (shake off excess marinade though) or you can make kebabs.

To make kebabs use some small wooden skewers and put the pork bites on them. I got about 5-6 pieces of meat on each one and altogether I made 7 skewers. So this recipe makes quite a lot. I have suggestions for leftovers below.

Step 4: Set your air fryer to 380°F and place the kebabs or loose pieces into the basket or air fryer tray. Air fry for 15 minutes or until cooked through.. Cooking time may vary. The internal temperature should be 160°F using a meat thermometer. I just take a piece off and cut it open to make sure it’s cooked through.

When done take out the air fryer pork bites and place on a plate or platter and let meat rest before serving. You can take them off the wooden sticks and serve them that way too.

Ideas of how to use leftovers.

This recipe makes a lot so if you have leftovers you can use themon top of a big salad with peppers, cilantro, toasted almonds and a good Asian dressing or the leftover marinade/dressing. Or you canchop them into smaller pieces and add them to some fried cauliflower rice.

It would also go great mixed in with these Asian spicy green beans or this cabbage stir fry for a stir fry dinner. Both are simple recipes you can make for the dinner the next night.

Quick keto side dish recipes to go with this recipe.

We just ate these with sautéed vegetables and a simple green salad and it was the perfect low carb dinner. These would also be good with plain or cheesy cauliflower rice, cauliflower risotto or cauliflower mash.

However I have many low carb side dishes to pick from but I think these these red curry cabbage noodles or this would be tasty low carb sides dishes for this meal. Both of these dishes take 15 minutes or less so you can make them while the pork is cooking.

  • What kind of pork should you use?I used country style pork ribs for these kebabs. You an use pork loin, pork tenderloin, pork chops or whatever kind of cut of meat you want. Just don’t use a cut that is fatty like a shoulder. I like the country ribs because they are very easy to cut up into cubes.
  • How Long should I marinate the meat? You should marinate it for at least 4 hours but it’s best if you do it early in the morning for dinner time. You can even marinate the pork bites overnight.
  • Can you use wooden skewers?Yes for this recipe. You are only cooking these for 15 minutes so they will be fine.You can also just put the pork bites directly into the air fryer basket.
  • How long to cook pork bites or kebabs in the air fryer?Cook the pork bites for 15 minutes in a 380°F air fryer.
  • Can I cook these in the oven? Yes you can cook them at 400°F for about 20 minutes. The internal temperature of the pork should be 160°F.

Easy Keto Pork Bites in the Air Fryer

These easy low carb air fryer pork bites take little time to prepare and cook using a 3 ingredient marinade and the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless country style pork ribs, cut into cubes
  • 1 packet of Italian dressing and seasoning mix
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into bit sized pieces or cubes and add to a large baggie.
  2. Make the marinade by mixing the soy sauce, seasoning packet and olive oil. Pour half of it over the pork cubes in the baggie. Save the other half and use as a salad dressing or marinade.
  3. Mix the pork cubes around in the dressing and seal the bag. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours but preferably in the morning or overnight.
  4. When ready to cook spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the cubes on wooden skewers and place directly in the basket or tray of your air fryer. You can also just put them into the basket loose. I found the kebabs made less mess. Make sure to shake off excess marinade when placing them loose in the basket.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes at 380°F or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F using a meat thermometer.
